Sc,

Additionally, Each Highland or Huntington neighborhood you are in will offer different standard amenities for the finish out of the neighborood in Allen or Frisco, wherever it is you are looking. For an example, this is the standard finish out for Castle Hills:

Custom features included in these homes: Gas cooktop with downdrafts, granite countertops, ceramic tile in utility and all baths, upgraded carpet, Cobblestone light fixtures, wrought iron balusters, upgraded plumbing fixtures, raised panel custom red oak cabinets with fluted corners, full security system, structured wiring, full sprinkler, fully sodded and landscaped yard, 6' fence with two gates, garage door openers, faux finished kitchen and master bath walls and more!!!

Feel free to contact me about Highland & Huntington Homes! I save my clients more than they pay me, and would be happy to help!

I think you got the idea that they are the same company.

Huntington build homes to the highest standards. They do a soil test on every single lot they build on as well to determine if the foundation will need to be reinforced. The average builder they use has 12-15 years experience in the building industry.

They are one of the top 3 builders that I would recommend without a second thought to it.

Huntington Homes is Highland Homes upscale product. The difference would be the areas, price and upgrades.

As an owner of a Highland Home with all the upgrades offered, the quality and structure are the same as the Huntington product. I did my research when I built my home.

As your Realtor/Buyer Rep, we can usually negotiate the upgrades at a lower cost for you when you are looking at your purchase, as well. And, if you have a home to sell on a contingency, we can offer you some incentives if we help with both.

If I can further assist you with your purchase, please give me a call or email.

Hi SC,

Horizon, Highland and Huntington are all owned by the same company. You get different floor plans and higher finish out is standard the higher up in the brand you go.

Thanks,

Sc,

Huntington and Highland Homes and Sanders and Associates are all under the same parent company.
Huntington homes are a more semi-custom, luxury home with a luxury finish out. Highland Homes are well made, very nice homes and are less custom, more of a true trac home.

Please let me know if I can help you further.
