The 2011 common charges in Park Row range from $219 to $273 for a single family townhouse. This range is based on the size of the units, with the 2 bedroom, 1.5 model, interior style unit being $219 and the 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom end unit being $273. There are several models in between and the 2-family townhouse are more expensive. Common charges cover things like landscaping and snow removal, overnight security patrol, pool attendents, community maintenance and services (like lights, garbage pick-up, sewers, water service, road repairs), as well as some maintenance features on the exterior maintenance of the townhouses themselves (notably, roofs and siding).

It is very important to differentiate between condo and coop ownership. In general, however, a phone call to their respective sales representative or management company, along with sending you hard copy ( in writing ), should clear up any questions you may have with regard to a particular situation and fee coverages involved.
