What would be a gated community that would allow the unit to be rented more than once per month in Boca Raton, Delray Beach, Highland Beach area?

FIRST ANSWER

If you could be specific in terms of referring to Single Family Homes with HOA or Condominums that would be great. Most Condominiums have more restrictions than HOA'S however every Sub-Division is different.
