Neighborhoods and areas turn over at about the same time spread...this has always been the case. Older folks moving on...families growing...
For neighborhood conditions, Realtors cannot comment. If you go to http://GailGladstone.com, you can click on community info and school info and get reports. Also check out the local police precinct to see if they will share information with you.
