I have a call in to the complex but I haven't heard back yet from them - as soon as I do, I'll update you. For now there are no published figures for the monthly maintenance charge or for the property taxes. In fact, as of today, the Borough of Tenafly has yet to receive the master deed for the complex. Condominium deeds come from the State of NJ. To give you a good idea of what the taxes will be, I can tell you that last year Tenafly was taking 70% of the market price on new construction for it's assessed value; the current year's ratio hasn't been fixed yet so using 70% is the best "ball park" figure one can have at this time.
Let's say you purchase something at $100,000 - 70% of this means you're taxed at a value of $70,000. Your property taxes would be the current tax rate X every $100 of value. This is the best answer I can give you at present.
