What are the chances of me getting a home loan it this is my first time and I have no credit?

FIRST ANSWER
Usually NO CREDIT is better than BAD CREDIT so contact a Realtor to get started. I assume you are employed and plan to use savings for the cash outlay associated with buying a home.
