What are the better neighborhoods in Seaside, CA? Be specific as to streets and parts of town please.

FIRST ANSWER
Karen, the very best area in Seaside is Seaside Highlands. The homes are newer and many have ocean views. You would look for streets like Peninsula Point, Beach Wood, Bay Crest, Sea Ridge.
Upper Seaside is also a good area to live in. Military Ave, Paralta, Mescal, Heather Court, Skyview Drive, Haviland Terrance, Sierra Ave, Costa St, Primrose, Sandpiper.
