Hello,

In Deep Creek, there are two sections. In Section 20, the annual fee is $95.00, and in Section 23, it is $125.00. As you are probably already aware, Deep Creek is a very desirable neighborhood. I have many satisfied customers who purchased there. It is very well kept due to the pride of ownership, as well as deed restrictions in these areas.

If you would like more information regarding Deep Creek, as well as other areas of Charlotte County, please do not hesitate to contact me. I'd be more than happy to assist.

Good luck in your home search!

Regards,
MJ

Hi~
The average HOA fee in Deep Creek is minimal...around $95 a year, which covers common areas including the wonderful greenbelt areas throughout the community. This provides more privacy and open areas than some other communities in the area. Lakes are scattered throughout as well...very nicely designed!
Hope that helps...for more Deep Creek information, you can visit my website below!
