Trulia is a great resource as you probably have determined, there's Zillow, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter amongst many others. The manner in which you reach potential clients largely depends upon what client base you're looking to reach, renters, buyers, sellers etc....

The internet has tons of resources available to assist you.

All the best in your endeavors.

Thanks for the answers - very helpful!

We are very young firm - just started about 3 months ago. Primarily concentrate on residential markets with most of our attention to sales. We did team up with another firm, but that's not always optimal in a cutthroat industry. What are your thoughts on OLR?

Face to face contact should be your goal in every instance. No matter what method you use to first find clients and customers, or they to find you, nothing will happen until you meet them in person.
