Hi Mercataur. I used to work for Prudential Insurance in Dresher. I am now an Associate Broker with Kurfiss Sotheby's International Realty, the luxury real estate firm. I actually spent the day showing homes to relocating buyers in your area and saw some wonderful homes. I would be happy to share with you my thoughts on high-end neighborhoods in your area.

Are you both available to speak on the phone for a few minutes one day/evening this week? I'd like to get some things emailed out to you.

Hope to hear from you soon!

Hello Mercataur,
There are many lovely areas in and near Dresher, PA within your budget. Dresher is located in Upper Dublin Township. There are strong public schools in the township as well as options for private education nearby. Other sections (actually indicated by postal zipcodes) of the township are Fort Washington, Ambler, Maple Glen, Oreland. A few neighborhoods have a Glenside address, although the majority of Glenside homes are in Abington and Cheltenham townships.

If you will be working in Dresher you might also consider living in Horsham township, Lower Gwynedd township, Plymouth/Whitemarsh township, Springfield township and Montgomery township. All of these areas would afford you a relatively easy commute to Dresher.

Do not hesitate to contact me if I may be of further assistance.
