I really like Eastwood homes, they have some new construction in Brickhope Greens which is right off Liberty Hall Rd. They put alot of extras into their homes that other builders make you pay for as an upgrade. You should read my blog on buying new construction before you make the leap. Give me a call if you have any questions.

Hey Deb, There is lots of new construction communities surrounding Goose Creek. Builders such as Ryalnd Homes has a great community, Brickhope Plantation. Centex is building Liberty Hall and Eastwood Homes and Harbor Homes are offering unbelievable prices in Brickhope Greens. There are also tons of great opportunities just 2 minutes outside of Goose Creek that has 100% financing! I have established relationships with many of the buiders in the area and I can help find a great deal. Call me at 888-500-0089 ext 1111 or email drew@drewsineath.com for more detials. Hey Debbie!
Woodland Lakes has a nice new construction home in an established neighborhood where more trees are standing. I also really like Crowfield Plantation and the new construction there is Brick Veneer fronts. Great established subdivision with walking trail, neighborhood pool, tennis courts, etc...

What has you interested in Goose Creek? Hanahan is right next to Goose Creek and has a ton of homes available in the Tanner Plantation neighborhood. Very easy to hop on 526 and hit the beach! Would you be interested in Summerville?

4 bedroom homes always interest those buyers that don't fit in their "first time home buyer homes" anymore.

Let me know if you'd like me to email you some of these homes and when you visit, we can pop in any that interest you. Looking forward to seeing you, Laura

Hi Deb - You can go to my website and search for homes and select Goose Creek and new construction and see all the options. http://www.charlestonpierpartners.com

For resale, I work on James Island a lot and prices are down right now but have historically been very good on return. I currently have my house and one rental property and right now am looking for a second one to purchase in Feb/March timeframe. There are a lot of nice single family home options in the $200-$250,000 range.

Let me know if I can be of any assistance,
