What are some condo developments near the University of Hawaii?

Asked by Brandon Quintana, Mountain House, CA Thu May 8, 2008

I am from California and looking to buy near the University of Hawaii. Where should I be looking and what price range am I looking at as far as a 2 bedroom condo goes?

Hi Brandon,
I would look at the Contessa if you are looking at a nice building with strong re-sale that is fee simple. it has 2 bed and 2 baths and wrap around lanais. they range from 350k up. There are lots more choices around but from your description i would look at this building and adjust budget and amenities from it. If you are looking for a cement block building (CMU) there are lots of those right at campus.
Of course if you want more info, please call or email. I focus on buyers living away with my buyer video service. Happy to make and send one for you, my turnaround is normally same day if the unit is available for viewing.

Hi Brandon,

Not sure if you were able to find a condo near UH yet. I would be more than happy to take you to see some places if you haven't found something already. Please let me know if I can help in anyway.

Brandon - I surf and having the waves close to school is important for some people as well as myself , go check out http://www.hawaiivacationsforsale.com the listings own website . This is the best deal for any condo in Waikiki . Big enough for 4 people , I can suggest a lender that will offer on O.A.C. 5% down , payment almost the same as rent .
