What are all the fees for Towamensing Trails?

FIRST ANSWER
Annual dues for the association are $400 per year for a house. That includes road maintenance and Garbage. It includes the amenities as well...lake,pool,clubhouse and security. Other than that there is a capital improvement fee of $125.00. There is a web site for Towamensing trails as well for more information. It is http://www.towamensing.com.
