It all depends on what your real estate contract states. Appliances are personal property and not real property. Usually the real estate contract will indicate what appliances (refrigerator, washer-dryer, stove, garbage disposal, etc) will be sold, along with the real property. At the time of closing, a separate bill of sale has to be provided to the buyer for the appliances sold with the property. A buyer has every right to request that his realtor make sure that such items, such as curtains, blinds, and ceiling fans and light fixtures, etc., are included or listed in the list of personal property that is to be sold, along with the real estate, to make sure that the Seller will not remove such items prior to closing on the transaction. The bottom line is that any Buyer or Seller should discuss these issues with their realtors prior to signing any contract for sale and purchase of real estate.

Everything that is 'LISTED" on the MLS sheet.
This is modified by the purchase offer which may itemize the same appliances, includedin brand, along with additonal things.

Put it in writing!
'Typically' is a trap in which the amatures become ensnared.

Dishwasher, Built in microwave oven and of course stove. If other appliances are not listed they can be negotiated into your offer

Depends on the age of the home but a short list would include, garbage disposer, dishwasher & Oven/Range.

Generally its "built In" appliances...although the stove can be freestanding. So...stove,dishwasher,blt in microwave (if there is one)
Sometimes a buyer will ask for the refrigerator. Occasionaly washer/dryer.
Hope that helps.

Don't assume it is included in the sale. It has to be in writing on sale sheet, offer, counter-offer or extra sale sheet. You can ask for anything that is there including all the furnishing if you are willing to negotiate a price for them. We bought a sofa, roll top desk. The range, microwave, dishwasher, washer and dryer were included.
