Looks like someone is out of touch with reality - I know the area well, there is no justification for that price that I can imagine.

If I hire you as my agent to sell, not just list, this house for me, are you representing my interests or yours, by overpricing it 2 or 3 times in this market? My son lives on the other side of the high school from this property, so I understand the general area's value.

Probably missing the 3 acres.

LOL, it's overpriced for our market, but not ridiculous if someone is living in the past.

Math is cool 3 Acres is at least 6 homes. Still too much for the property, but you could see where they were coming from.
