I have a friend who is also a very capable Realtor who lives in the Seven Hills area and has for many years. He loves where he lives. If anything, he would tell you the area is undervalued and a good buy.
The prices will always reflect what the actual case is. So, the price is for what you get. If it is less than the rest of the area then the house is not as good as the rest of the area. That is one of the beauties of an open market. Email me if you need anything further.
