Wells Fagro appraisal came in $50,000 lower than I bought a new home for, do they want to get out lending $?

This was Wells Fagro second apprasal the first one was 32,000 less. They were giving me a good rate. Now builder suggested TCFBank and they came within $4,000 of selling price. What appraisal should I believe? It does not look like I can get out of the contract of buying the home and I have $80,000 in it. What should I do?
