Have you had any luck finding a home in Pennsylvania? We are in the process of relocating and are looking to sell our home. We have a Towanda address and would love to show you the house.

You might be better off looking at local OK lenders for the bridge loan since the bridge loan is secured against your OK property, and a lender would have to be licensed in OK to lend there. Can you find a local bank to give you a home equity line of credit? Its not exactly a bridge loan but the terms and cost will be better.

Yes we do frequently see bridge loans! I would find a good local lender before you start looking.

Your best resource is to find a lender in the area and discuss your specific situation. There are ways for this to work, depending on your credit, financial position, etc. Best of luck to you. . .You will love PA.
