Hello there - I'd try looking in 28806 and 28804 as 06 is West Asheville (popular) and 04 is near the University (students/faculty) Please visit my website where you can set up a property search and be sure to let me know if I can help you in any way . Have a great day! Jason Brodsky
Are you thinking long term rental or short term seasonal rental? Long term rental would be best in major cities, ie Asheville, Waynesville. Short term rental, I would recommend Maggie Valley. I work with an agent who has rental units and does very well renting them out.
Let me know which direction you are thinking and I'll get more info for you.
