Best bet is to have a custom search built for you - fill in our requirements search here and we will build one for you that will alert you when new properties are added.

So many families choose to invest in a home to live when their children choose to attend UNCA. Here is a comprehensive list of homes and condos available close to UNCA that are available for the time your family are in attendance. Given the amount you are likely to put into rent, it may be the time to invest in property that can be sold or rented out as an investment when your child leaves college

Are you thinking long term rental or short term seasonal rental? Long term rental would be best in major cities, ie Asheville, Waynesville. Short term rental, I would recommend Maggie Valley. I work with an agent who has rental units and does very well renting them out.

Let me know which direction you are thinking and I'll get more info for you.
