general. We're narrowing down our search criteria and finding out about the different neighborhoods in Lawrence. As a multiracial family we're looking for a diverse, integrated neighborhood, what part of Lawrence should we be looking in?
Thanks!
Hi Fostermamas,
To answer your question would be steering. As Realtors, we are only allowed to provide you ALL the houses that match your search criteria, your price range, and geographical area if you select one. If you visit my web reference shown below, you will be able to select homes in each of the zip codes such as 66044 that would include many of the Mass Street area homes. If you have any further questions, please feel free to ask.
Thanks!
Rob Lang
I would suggest East of Iowa Street, South of 9th Street. Actually, you might want to try a little farther South than that (1 mile further South), to stay away from the University of Kansas, since a lot of students live close to the University, and that makes things a little crazy when they party. Especially since you have kids - watch out for those college drivers!
You're gonna love Lawrence. But you ask a trick question. Federal law precludes me from directly answering your question. But I would say that in Lawrence you are not goin to have any trouble anywhere. It's a great town.
Are you a foster parent? I adopted two of my four.
Didn’t find what you were looking for? Ask a question!
