We read about using a CAL Vet loan. Will we have problems buying a short sale?
We made an offer on a home that is listed as a "short sale". We planned to use a CAL VET loan and 3-10% down. The house has been on the market for several months with no offers. What do we need to know?

Just as long as you can support your offer with lender approval letter, the bank would not care what type of loan you have . GREAT question ! http://www.lynn911.com http://www.homes-for-sale-dallas.com
