Stewart International Airport and how it's location affects quality of life and home values. While we were visiting, we didn't hear any airplanes flying by and so we didn't notice the airport until the way out. Any advice?

I am at The Grove quite often. They are not in the flight path, I never hear planes when I'm there. They are going the opposite way not over or across The Grove.

The K Hov units aren't under the approach and take off paths of the airport the last time I checked, but the units that Pulte is building are. I just abought a 2 bedroom condo right down the road near schlesingers steakhouse that I'm currently renovating, so maybe I'll see you out and about once you get moved in there :-)

Hello
I work as a real estate buyers agent in the area. There is some noise from planes of course but each route is planned to make impact as minimal as possible. What I tell my buyers is to go to an area at different times of the day and evening to see how it is. I would suggest coming back up to spend some time listening and talking to some of the area residents. Good luck and if you could use the assistance of a buyers agent for any of your real estate needs I would be happy to speak with you.
