We're looking at some acreage in Grayson, KY. Can you tell me what land usually goes for an acre in that area?

Honestly, it depends on what area of Grayson you're looking in. Large tracts near the city limits will be more than outlying areas of the county. Also, a building lot in a subdivision will be more than most tracts. If the land is flat to gently rolling, it will be much higher than our normal "Kentucky hillside" that most Realtors know of that are for sale. As a ballpark, anywhere from $500 an acre on up. Go to BeaRice.com if you'd like to see all the Grayson listings that are available to the MLS.
