We're first-time homebuyer, what's the best neighborhood in Doraville, excluside S/D or not? How's the peace & order? Thanks.

We like the Dunwoody schools but the property there is high.

What Anna says is correct - best is very subjective. If you have a price point in mind, I'd be happy to send you homes that meet your criteria in the area. Also, check out schooldigger.com for information on schools in DeKalb and surrounding counties. You can search by district/county, by school or statewide. I'm a native Atlantan and grew up in DeKalb County. If you're not tied to Doraville, there are other great options nearby as well. I'd love to help you narrow your search and find the perfect home for your needs. Please contact me at the phone no./address below.

Keep in mind that opinions are often subjective, and what may be good for one is not necessarily the case for another--therefore when choosing a neighborhood, consider what does best mean to you....as for the peace an order--if you are concerned about safety, your best source of information is the local police department--why not consider a call/visit, ask all your questions, and hear all firsthand--then go from there.
