Yes Ryan is a decent builder and there are a few other new builders in Mays Landing. In my experience with new builders there usually is some room for negotiation. Ryan Homes also has a new development in Barnegat. The homes are similar and there is room to negotiate. Yes they are a good company, check with some other homeowners who've purchased Ryan Homes. You could also check with the state to see how their record is with the state mandated 'Ten Year New Home Contruction Warranty'.

Yes, Ryan Homes is a decent builder. Eaglesmere is a new development. The only homes there right now are the Models. If you decide to purchase, the home you desire will be constructed in about 90 - 150 days, according to the agent I spoke with. You have to register at the sales office, definitely with a real estate agent., unless you are willing to let the sales office handle both sides of the transaction, then sit with the agent at the sales office and discuss what you would like. That's great! Ryan homes are decent. There can be room to negotiate. They would rather sell you extras or upgrades. My best advice if you havent registered with sales office, to get your own agent dont let the sales office represent you and the seller. If i can be of any futher assistance plz contact me below
