We put an offer in on a condo that was accepted that was listed as 30 day min. lease.
When we got the by-laws, the association had changed the rules and it was now a min. of 90 day lease limit. We got a great price on the property but fear it will be too difficult to rent to anyone 1 person for 90 days and cover the annual expenses.
How difficult is it to rent in Fort Myers for 90 consecutive days?

Don,
Have a real estate attorney look at your documents. He/she may be able to provide information that might be helpful. Good luck, The "Eckler Team" Tue May 27 2008, 16:14 Web Reference: http://www.venicerealestatesite.com

Hi Don,
Location is huge as to the difficulty of renting. We do have a lot of rentals on the market. Maybe consult with a good management company. I would think annual like the last post or a 3 month in season. If you can still get out of the contract and you don't think it will work for you keep looking. We have lots of great deals with 30 day minimum lease. Good Luck to you!! Sun Apr 20 2008, 04:54 Web Reference: http://www.nancydrealtor.net
