It is a good time to sell if you are buying something else to replace it. You will sell in a low market but you also be buying in a low market. Therefore there is no net loss.If you would like to get an idea what it would sell for I would be plesed to help you.

It depends, but probably not. If your cash flow is okay, you may want to wait a year or so (it is going to take time for the market to stabilize).

If you are comfortable with the condition of the current housing market, state of the economy, and you understand the challenges and benefits to both sellers and buyers then it is a good time to begin the process of selling the property. Good luck to you!

If your local market is considered a "Buyers" Market, sell only if you must.

All markets are different, but I can't imagine now would be called a good time to sell in any market. But then, it might be better to sell now than to wait if the property is costing you money each year or if you think prices will go down more.
