Hi Jon,
I have a new home in the City of Cartersville that might work for you. My husband is a builder and this is a new home of his. We could look at doing a lease to purchase program while you are repairing your credit. I believe Rena Rogers name was given to you earlier and she would be very good at helping you. I would love to talk to you about the rent and how we could possibly help you. There is a government program called Section 8 that is a rental assistance program that subsidizes your rental payment. It is a great program, it takes a while to get on but it may work for you during this time. My name is Peggy Hatley, My company is Landel Properties, Inc. 770 386-8617

Hi Jon!

There are several ways in which you can still obtain a home. There are several lease purchases, rent-to-own, and many investors in the Cartersville area that will be willing to be flexible with your terms. Rena Rogers with Pine State Mortgage in Cartersville, her office is off of Etowah Drive in town, can set up an appointment with you to further discuss your financial options in proceeding to purchase a house. If you need any other assistance, please let me know.

Look for "owner finance" or "rent to own" ads on craigslist. Those usually are a little more flexible.

Jon,

Please email me or call me, I have a program that I send a lot of my clients through that have had issues with their credit, even foreclosures and they are now able to buy home. Doesn't mean this is going to happen overnight and it could take months but it would be a step in the right direction.

Hello Jon,

I routinely get clients help with credit repair through the mortgage brokers I work with and it does not cost a penny. It will take a while depending upon what needs to be done. It could be as little as 2 months or 2 years. Check with a trusted mortgage provider and see if they can help.

Hi Jon,

Many lenders know someone who can start speaking with you about credit repair. Here I think it costs maybe $200 and it is worth every penny. I would call around local to some mortgage brokers and lenders and see if they know of someone locally that can help you. That I think would be your first step. Hope that helps!
