We need a closing attorney next week for paying cash for a condo. Do you know a good closing attorney who knows well about paying cash option?

Paying cash is usually a simpler alternative than getting a loan, but to the seller, it doesn't matter where the cash comes from, as long as it is there at the closing. Whether a lender provides it, or it comes from the buyer's own funds, it is still payment. Most any attorney that provides real estate transaction services will do. As mentioned previously, title services are a must. (Feel free to ask me why.) Attorneys can usually provide this, but costs vary. Open the phone book or look one up on-line. There's probably one close to you.

Before you can have closing, you will need a title search completed. This may take a few days for the title company to review and issue.
