I had a client who had a contract accepted on this property. Even though the property looks ok from the outside and is in a good community, multiple structural problems forced my client to withdraw from the contract.

Since he liked the Indian Spring area, we found a better deal with much less work.

If I can be of assistance please call or email

Dear P & N,

The home was pending sale as of April 3, 2009.

Feel free to call or email Linda@LindaBassitt.com me to schedule a showing to those homes or for more information on others in the area.

You can also search my website http://www.LindaBassitt.com for homes for sale (click on "MLS Search") and search by map location, developments, etc. in advanced search.

I had a client that bid on that property. It was bank owned and there were multiple bids. She got the contract but we walked away due to the inspection.
I believe 4-5 contracts have fallen through on that property in the past few months.

While it was a "good deal" ... there was 45-50K of work to do...so it would likely end up costing MORE than a unit that was move-in ready.

My client is now in contract around the corner in a community called Sun Valley East. I know there is good inventory in Indian Spring - as all country club communities are experiencing - so if you'd like to see some listings in a particular price range in Boynton Beach, feel free to contact me.

Hi P & H!

I've checked with my MLS and the property shows it is "pending." The reason you were told that you could not put an offer on it in late April was that it went pending on April 3rd.

Is there anything else I may help you with? It would be my pleasure to do so.

Thanks!!!

Is the house listed? If so, I would contact a local Realtor. If not listed then you could try and contact the bank. If you have not dealt with a bank before then, I would suggest having a Realtor help you with an offer, Bank can be hard to deal with. Their contracts can have several contingencies than protect them and not the buyer.
