Hi Bartilson, talk to your agent - make no mistake about it, online marketing is critical to success in today's market. The old "bricks and mortar" model is dead - buyers are online and in order to succeed, your home must be presented well and dominantly online. And Trulia is a great place for your home to be featured, I am finding that among my buyers, most are gravitating to Trulia as a site for helpful advice and property search.

Talk to your agent.

Good luck!

I'm sure your agent would make certain your home is on Trulia if you make them aware how important it is to you. Some firms give wide Internet exposure automatically, others when a client requests it. I wish you well in completing your sale!

Barison,

The indiivual agent and.and their parent company must be partcipants of Trulia otherwise you will find "old" data is being reported.

You have 2 options (1) upload the data yourself or (2) ask your agent to do so.

Hello,
Depending on your local multiple listing service, Trulia may not be licking up on the data. Speak to your agent and let them know that Trulia is important to you. The more exposure the better! Your agent can take the initiative to get your home on the site. It would really benefit them to put all of their listings here. Good luck with your sale!
