We just have bought a home from a famouse builder and according to the sale and perchase aggrement after 5days your deal goes firm if you have no

problem within 5days periods. Its been almost 10 days we have signed the papers and now we want to back up from the deal because found out some neighbourhood problem around.
What are the option for us.
The same builder is buliding another houses around can we ask him to get us a deal with another one because we have already given him prepaid 4 cheques for 40thousand dollar.
