You have already purchased the townhome which means it has all (or most) of the features that were on your wish list. My suggestion is to relax and enjoy your new home.

I don't know if you made your purchase using a real estate agent but we tend to work with Active, Under Contract, and Sold comparables in the targeted market as well as personal knowledge of the area in order to help clients develop a reasonable offer.
