company. Both the listing agent and relo company like the offer and it is up for approval. It has been a week since we agreed on price. We are just waiting for signatures from the corporation. What is the normal wait for something like this?
I agree with the other agents. It can take longer when working with a Relo company. Don't worry, they will get everything back to you soon. Good Luck and Welcome to Winston-Salem!!

BW,
It might take a few weeks. Depending on which relocation company has it will factor into that. One of the main companies I deal with is CARTUS and it will generally take a week or two to get a signed contract back. Now if you have an email from the listing agent saying that they have agreed upon a price that is actually binding as acceptance of your offer. So just be patient and make sure you agent is staying on the listing agent to provide you with the executed contract as soon as they get it back.
Hope this helps,
Sadly...a week isn't uncommon. I've had them take up to 2 weeks for buyers before. Be patient and I'll cross my fingers for you.
Here in the Raleigh area, some banks work quickly others out of the area can take a long time since it sits on the asset managers desk with a pile of other offers from all over the country! They are overwhelmed with foreclosures and pending contracts these days.
