We have bid on this house 16248 West Jackson Street Goodyear for 115,000. Did we bid too high?

Comparable sales range from about 140k- 220k....based on that alone I would think your offer is low, so good if they accept it.

Are you moving from PA? I have family near you in New Castle actually....welcome to AZ.

Sorry, but that's an impossible question to answer on this forum. The price alone doesn't come close to being the key ingredient of an offer. Terms and conditions are extremely important, e.g., type of financing, comparable sales, condition of the property, days on market, closing date, etc., etc. Best advice would be for you to ask your Buyer's Agent.

Good luck!

Are you using a REALTOR, he/she is the one to determine where that price should be. Have you already submitted a purchase agreement and put down earnest money? Is this an auction as I see you are saying "bid"?
