Home Buying in Lafayette>Question Details

Loyallove03, Home Buyer in West Lafayette, IN

We have a home fsbo that is a ( bedroom and asking 123,900. Would it be worth listing it at 125,00 or 126,000 and paying to put it in the MLS?

Agreed. Properly marketed homes on the Internet such as trulia and realtor.com help you get the most buyers interested in your home. I would be glad to help and/or assist you in any way.

Several studies have shown that when sellers work with a realtor they typically get a higher sale price than those selling FSBO.

However, not all realtors are the same. I recommend meeting with a few and choosing the one that fits your needs. Find someone that will get your home the attention it deserves!
