We need more information - if the bank has not foreclosed, you may be a candidate for a short sale to help keep a foreclosure off your credit record.

There is not enough information to answer your question.

Do you own the house?
Have you made payments on the house?
Are you attempting to negotiate a modified loan?
Are you in foreclosure?
How many loans do you have?
Is someone else living in the house?
What is your goal?

The bank may have already securedvthe home even though it hasn't been foreclosed ... You need to startvwith contact with the bank and a physical inspection of the property. If you haven't talked to an attorney yet, you should. A Realtor can help you with the lender.
