I agree with David, you are better off renting that home long term. We have a shortage of long term lease and rental homes available and as I am familiar with your home, you may have some parking issues that would not work well with vacation tenants.
There are a lot of new developments coming to Kings Beach very soon. You are welcome to call and chat with me on potential investments in your town!!

With a property like 266 Beaver Street I think you would be better off with a long term rental as their is high demand and with your low purchase price you could most likely cash flow the property. With long term rentals the tenant would also be responsible for utilities and snow removal which would help your bottom line. Currently there is a shortage of long term rentals so I think it would be fairly easy to find qualified tenants.

I would be happy to discuss the rental marketability of your property so please feel free to call or email me anytime.

Happy New Year!
