We are working on a short sale inFl.They were asking $99,000 & we offered $90,000 & we'll pay the closing
costs.The bank did the appraisal and got all info from seller & now we wait for negotiator (lender asked her for deadline to be on July 21st)We are also the only offer on this house right now.Does anyone have any advice/knowledge about our chances?
