As other below have pointed out, Sunridge is a great neighborhood and has it good points. As far as being a good investment, that really depends on what your definition is of good investment and the time frame. Real estate generally is a good long term investment. If you want to buy now and flip in 6 months I would not recommend that. I don't think our prices have hit bottom yet. On the other hand, if you plan on living in the home for a few years Sunridge Estates could be a very good choice.

2. City sewer (most properties)
3. Proximity to Lake Mohave
4. Proximity to Laughlin
5. Proximity to Kingman/Golden Valley/I-40

One thing's for certain: the prices are awesome now in most of BHC.
