Belmont of course is a nice area outside of Charlotte. So it stands to reason that the market will be tied to Charlotte. There are quite a few good agents on this site from the Charlotte area. Just make sure to get someone that is very familiar with Belmont if that is the area you want. There are plenty of agents in Charlotte so just be picky.
