We are thinking of buying a house in South Hamilton, MA but we are concerned with the commute into Boston each day. How bad is it?

From North Staion you can take the subway anywhere in Boston..... don't count on being anywhere on time though.

Hi Elli,

Are you commuting into Boston? I live in Hamilton/Wenham and get into the city very easily. I am an Exclusive Buyer's Agent. Let me know if you'd like to meet for a home-buying consultation. This would give you an opportunity to interview me and see if you think we would enjoy working together. In our consultation we would discuss agency relationship, buyer advocacy, due diligence, fiduciary duties to you and how I can save you money as an Exclusive Buyer's Agent.

Call me to discuss further,

Yes I would definitely take the train! 128 at rush hour is really no fun at all! My sister in law is a buyer agent in your area and has lived there her entire life. If you would like to speak with her you can call me and I will forward her your information.

Hi Elli, How would you be getting into the city? Would you drive or take the train? The train from Hamilton to North station would take about 45 minutes, and during rush hour 7 - 9 a.m. in the morning the drive time would take about the same time. A lot would depend on where in the city you would be going. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to get in touch. I am a buyers agent on the North Shore. Betsy@teamcotraro.com
