We have a beautiful home in Vintage Reserve in Murrieta. Freeway access is easy (Winchester exit, left on Ynez, Right on Date to Margarita). We are relocating to Austin for my husband's job. The best part - we have a pool (as it is 100 degrees today) and no neighbors directly behind us! Take a look - first listing! http://www.lisabetz.com/home-for-sale/featured.htm

I would avoid the 215 as there is always traffic being it is 2 lanes. I would also avoid HWY 79 South as it can be a bear to get anywhere in the morning and Winchester Rd is the same. Best exit would be Rancho California Rd as its easy freeway access and central temecula. best communities would be established communities with low foreclosure rates such as Temeku Hills and Chardonnay Hills. Stay away from new communities as most buyers bought at the peak with 100% financing and will lose their homes.

There are many nice areas to live in both Murrieta and Temecula. Traffic going and coming from San Diego though gets really backed up as early as 5:30 am going and after 2:30 pm coming back so keep that in mind. Depending on what you are looking for in a community i.e. good schools, golf course, association pool, etc can make all the difference in what I would suggest. Redhawk, Morgan Hill in Temecula is very nice and Vintage Reserve in Murrieta is really nice too. If you get off the 15 at Winchester Road you can miss a lot of the back up that seems to be going on the 215. I would be happy to help you find that perfect dream home.
