Hi Ian,

You can definately find something you are looking for in that price range. If you want to see all of the listings in San Diego please go to my website. I have a free searchable mls and no registration is required. You can just jump on and start searching. Also, I happen to know of a great condo (not on the market) with panoramic white water ocean view that is available. The owner was asking 899k and was in escrow for 860. Escrow fell through but he is getting another unsolicted offer. I know he would still take 860 (not less though). the condo is 1700 sq. ft 2 bed 2 bath in a Great building on Torrey Pines.

That is a great price range for the area. You will have no trouble finding a home that will work for you. Hi there Ian, There are many to choose from and you can find them all free of charge onhttp:// www.ntustinhomes4sale.com.. This will let you find homes, type in San Diego County and it will pull all the homes by all the brokers. If you need an experienced agent to help you please let me know

You should have little difficulty finding a La Jolla townhome to rent or purchase near La Jolla Village in that price range. There is even a 2-bedroom foreclosure on Eads that might work for you.
