We are relocating to Austin in early 2009 and are interested in finding a 3/4 bedroom lease/purchase home.
As we work from home an additional building or guest suite for offices would be a plus on a small-holding of 3-10 acres for organic farming in the spicewood/lake travis area. Any ideas?

Are you looking for a lease or purchase? How much square footage do you need in the main house? and how much in guest quarters for your office? What price point are you looking to stay under? What sort of requirements do you have for your farming?
