FIRST ANSWER
You actually may use a local Realtor to find a lease listing. Many sellers have their homes dual listed and our MLS has both for SALE and for LEASE sections. In addition, many Realtors can put you in touch with additional sources and websites. I hope you enjoy Grand Rapids.
