Are you going to need the money from the sale of your home, or will you be able to qualify with the rental income that you'd be receiving. The question is can you qualify for two mortgages or do you have other options to purchase a home in Lynchburg. Your need to consult a bank or mortgage broker to see what you can qualify for. If two mortgages are not an option until you sell your home in Boston maybe you can obtain a lease purchase on a home in Lynchburg.
