lynnegerm, Home Buyer in Norco, CA

We are relocating from Atlanta to LA in June 2013. We want to lease a single family home for $2,500. Retired couple so schools are not an issue.

Is it too early to begin looking? We are considering locations between burbank and Santa Monica where our kids live. Any suggestions?

Yes, it may be a bit too early to start your search. I'm a Realtor with Prudential Califoria Realty in Sherman Oaks. I do, however, live in Burbank - for the past 25 1/2 years. Born and raised "Valley Girl."

As time gets closer to your move, please feel free to contact me - would be my pleasure to assit you.

What are your home needs? How many bedrooms, baths, etc? And what city or neighborhood are you considering? These questions are important to help determine what is available in your price range. Feel free to contact me for more information. 818-427-1211

Absolutely a good time to start looking!
We have limited supply here in LA. The demand is very high, so you can imagine how this affects the market.
It is best to be "on the lookout" as properties do not last long!

Feel free to call me with any questions.

We live in Burbank and also serve the surrounding areas. Our current inventory is quite low so rental homes do go fast. You can always begin to look to see different areas and possibilities. We can get you a list of available rental homes if you like or help with any other questions you may have. Welcome to sunny California! http://www.homesalesburbank.com.

I have seen some properties on Trulia that look good but of course they won't still be around in May or June. What is the best way to go about this?
