We are planning to move to Montgomery, what areas were affected by last year's floods?

FIRST ANSWER
Hello BJ---The "flood" caused mild to moderate damages to about 700 homes in the south east area. This May shower was heavy and prolonged!!! Whenever I negotiate a contract, the first thing I request from the seller is a disclosure showing any know repairs or problems they are aware of. Also, before closing, your insurance company will be able to tell you if there have been any claims made on the house! I would be more than happy to answer any other questions you might have!
