Dear Sir or Madam,

There are lots of great investment opportunities at this time. It all depends on what you are looking for and what you want to spend to get the maximum return on your investment.

It depends what type of unit you are looking for, the return on investment you are wanting and other factors (are you looking for a vacation rental, annual rental, beach location, downtown location, are you looking to rehab and flip or rent, what rental rates are you hoping for, etc).

I work with investor clients quite a bit so I'd be happy to help.

Let me know - thanks!

Investment property should be evaluated based on your return on investment. Not only is it important to pick the right location but also the right price range for you and what you are looking for in return. It is also important to remember what personal funding source do you want to use, personal assets your IRA funds or do you want to Leverage with a loan. At our firm Illustrated Properties we have a entire department that works with investors. If you like please feel free to contact me and I will put you in touch with the right people that help you.
